West Derby Methodist Church was established over 160 years ago. There is some debate over where the church first met, however we do know it moved to its current building in 1912.
We believe that West Derby Methodist Church is far more than just a building – we are a group of Christians who meet to worship on a Sunday and witness through the week. You can read more about our activities on the rest of the site.
The church building is split into two main parts – the church at the front of the building and “The Parlour” at the rear. Our church may have a traditional ‘look’ with pews and an organ, but not all our services are traditional in style!
